Marley MC75V cooling tower fill
MC75V is a film fill system designed for counter flow tower
1. Its crossed corrugations provide the surface area and turbulence to develop the efficient heat transfer, the corrugations inherently establish uniform fill sheet space is 19mm.
2. MC75V fill thick is 0.38mm, PVC material, the flame spread rating is less than 25 per ASTM E-84 and is considered self-extinguishing.
3. The material is rigid PVC forming, Using Marley MC75 film fill in the place of existing splash type fill in counter flow towers usually means reduced fill height.
4. The fill pack depth (air travel) is variable to provide the proper heat transfer area within a single fill layer.
